A haven from the horror show of the present: Woebot's time-travel trip to the glam 'n 'glitter 70s, Remember You're A Woble. It's a proper radio show with songs + chat from Matt. A wonderful complement - and compliment - to Shock and Awe.

PiLhead

Here's me writing about the new expanded four-disc reissue of Public Image Ltd's Metal Box for Pitchfork - about Lydon's escape from the alter-ego-maniac "Johnny Rotten," from the dead weight of his own rock legend; about Levene as axe-hero;  about Wobble as foundation and soul-center.

"The 'limited' applies to egos. It was egos that bust up the Pistols, mainly Malcolm’s... I’m not interested in promoting an image. I’m not going to dress up in pantomime outfits to please the public” - John Lydon, interviewed by Vivien Goldman, 1978.

Still PiL, after all these years...
